In one of those classic political gaffes, on the day of the media adulation that circled America’s next great heroine like fecal particles going down a swirling toilet, Michele Marie Bachmann invoked the beloved John Wayne while working the rubes in Iowa. Gushing to one of the Roger Ailes minions of the fascist FOX Republican propaganda machine, Batsy cooed that “That’s the kind of spirit I have, too”. The problem was that she was referencing not “The Duke” as in America’s favorite fake cowboy but the notorious fiend John Wayne Gacy who was from Waterloo where the new and improved version of Sarah Palin was giving her stump speech.

Now In any sane and decent land, a slipup like this would put an end to a political career, especially one where the candidate is already a world class “flake”. Sad to say though that this is America 2011 where ignorance and incompetence are virtues and such a statement, about a serial killer who murdered gays only further serves to validate the ‘leadership’ credentials for one among the millions of die hard freaks who worhip her and would love to see ALL gays trucked off to industrial sized gas chambers.It was a Freudian slip but in John Wayne Gacy’s America it’s perfectly ok to strangle fags. The media of course, made a lightning fast rush to suck back up to the Moonbat lest the feckless and lazy careerist stenographers have to go and get a real gig rather than writing about dead white children, right-wing scumbags and being played as the chumps that they always have been by pathological liars the likes of panty sniffer Andrew Breitbart. John Wayne Gacy is actually a perfect metaphor for so many of today’s Republicans, Gacy was by most accounts a ‘normal’ man, respected by his neighbors and a delight to children, dressing up as a clown and making balloon animals for children, he was the proverbial Mr. White Picket Fence America, a vision that despite it’s illusory quality that the GOP continues to sell to the schmucks via their multi-billion dollar media and propaganda machine.

While outwardly ‘normal’ by day, Gacy had a serious jones for drugs, booze, gay sex and sado-masochism more often than not ending up in his cold blooded murdering of one of his victims. As the late actor Lon Chaney once remarked, “there is nothing funny about a clown in the moonlight” and by the time that the police had done their work there were nearly three dozen bodies that were dug up on Gacy’s property. He became notorious not only for his perversion and cruelty but that he was able to keep it so successfully hidden, like Adolf Eichmann John Wayne Gacy was the epitome of the banality of evil. I see a lot of this in today’s slow boiling denizens of a decomposing society, there is some serious anger, pent up sexual demons and seething vengeance locked up behind closed doors in suburbia, and a centralized artery of electronic hatred and raw fantasy via cable and satellite television is piped into each and every one of those homes where there are tens of thousands if not millions of less ostentatious versions of John Wayne Gacy, coiled like rattlesnakes and ready to spring like jacks in the box whenever the tipping point is finally reached. With the full blown assault on the black man in the WHITE House fueling so much of the economic and societal misery, the Republican party, it’s fanatic Christian fascist component which Bachmann represents and those who know with icy certainty exactly which buttons need to be pushed in order to elicit the desired response from what are really nothing more than lab rats the reckoning could be in the very near future. These diseased swine have as much regard for the rule of order and stability as Michele Bachmann has for the truth and like Gacy, they have a serious ax to grind.

John Wayne Gacy was such a malevolent monster, so irredeemably evil and unremorseful for his many sins that his last words before he was executed were reportedly “You can kiss my ass”. After his body was pumped full of a sufficient quantity of toxic chemicals to ensure that he had departed from this mortal coil his brain was removed to be studied by forensic pathologists for abnormalities that may have caused his inhuman tendencies and propensity for cruelty. Regarding his victims he sneeringly remarked that: “They were just a bunch of worthless little queers and punks” The raw malevolence that exists towards gays in this country is only going to be further juiced by New York’s legalization of same-sex marriage, Bachmann has already promise to run on a constitutional amendment stripping what are loyal and decent Americans of this very right, what comes next is the question? Hitler was persecuting homosexuals long before he really got his ready to rumble Germans out in force rounding up Jews, he also attacked the handicapped, the unemployed, unions and real socialists lest they be around to point out that in passing off the Nazi’s as National “Socialists” that they were hijacking the name to splice onto their own movement – remind anyone of the Tea Party?

Then there is that thing about the despised and demonized religious minority, Bachmann carries within her like the gestating Alien the seeds of an anti-Muslim fury so profound and intense that once it is loosed it will roar across this land like an atomic shock wave. Look for the real ugliness to begin once the big lie of Sharia Law and the war against southern fried American Cristendom becomes integrated with her message. With the economy continuing to be squeezed to screaming by Republican fascists who are hellbent on upping the pain and rubbing the sores raw in order to regain control of the spoils system the real holy war is rapidly drawing near.

Flag Suckers Rejoice as Obama Waves bin Laden’s Bloody Scalp

The local marine life has yet to begin to digest the rotting carcass of the now officially deceased arch-enemy of Murka, Osama bin Laden but the bottom-feeders of the American political system and it’s media support system are in full feeding frenzy. USA! USA! USA! is being chanted at sporting events following the rendition of the bloody good nationalist anthem the Star Spangled Banner or the ode to the incestuous breeding of war religion and nationalist frenzy “God Bless America”. The beer-sodden buffoons watching the pro basketball and hockey playoffs in swanky tax payer subsidized venues as well as in thousands of smaller gatherings across the fruited plain are whooping it uo. In the third day of orgasmic national euphoria following the coming out party of one Barack Hussein Obama, a man who was born in the USA and now has bagged the mother of all trophies much to the enduring shame of the swine, vermin and useful idiots that used to be the vastly overrated political force of nature called the Tea Party. You almost have to feel for the poor Republican fascist slobs who bet the entire house on their ability to infiltrate, hijack and then manipulate that now pitiable mass of angry, low-information, pasty, lard-assed and perpetually pissed off white folk into a re-branding of the same old god n’ guns, gay bashing, racist garbage that had been their ultimate trump card for decades. The Republican Tea Party, not that long ago heralded as real change that you can believe in by the propaganda organs of the oligarchy such  as the vaunted Wall Street Journal has suffered monumental and irreversible damage in less than a fortnight. It is almost surreal that just last week the full throated roar of the corporate media propaganda machine and their newest celebrity avenger, the Donald, were closing in on the wounded and feckless Obama, a man  equally detested by the pigs who hide their vitriolic bigotry under the cover of the Republican party banner as well as his own base for his callous and endless series of betrayals. Then lightning struck, the storms rolled in much like ravenous destructive tornadoes through the very heart of peckerwood nation in Alabama and Obama emerged forever changed, toughened by the scrum and brandishing the bloody scalp of the villain of all villains, Osama bin Laden like a powerful talisman. 

I have personally been on record on a fairly consistent basis throughout the years as believing that Osama bin Laden was in fact dead. Somehow it was hard to imagine a prolonged period of longevity for a man accused of heading up the greatest ‘terrorist’ attack in U.S. history who was dragging around a dialysis machine though the most rugged parts of the Afghan mountains. Who knows, maybe he did survive in order to be hunted down and have a couple of caps busted into his skull over the weekend by U.S. Navy Seals who were likely under orders not to take him alive. But if that is the case, then it really brings about far more troubling questions, for example why exactly was he still alive, living in pretty nice digs in a Pakistani military town? That the United States would NOT have known about this sooner and taken him out for his alleged crimes would lead a skeptic to believe that just maybe he was still alive for a reason. Perhaps a reason like just maybe he was still an active intelligence asset, laying low and kept under protection by an ally in Pakistan until he outlived his usefulness or perhaps he was going to go rogue and spill his guts about his days in the semi-employ of the USA. This would explain the killing and subsequent dumping of the body, after all, dead men tell no tales but the absence of a body also begs the question of whether any of it is real at all, I always keep thinking about what a son of a bitch it must have been to lug around that dialysis machine though the Hindu Kush.

All that George W. Bush ever had was Saddam’s gun which he took great joy in fondling; now Mr. Obama has the mojo and has grabbed a ride upon the back of the raging beast of a new nationalism while the Republicans and their hideously botched and badly whupped angry white male teabaggers slinked away with nary a fig leaf to provide cover for their now embarrassingly inadequate pee pees. They have once and forever been exposed as the bald-faced lie that they always were – Tea Party my ass!. Newt Gingrich? Please, get the fuck out of here. The Donald? Like his pet birthers, his sorry, obnoxious ass is yesterday’s garbage. Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann? You gotta be fucking kidding, the Thelma and Louise of the neoconservative movement are so yesterday now, shorn of their Obama the Muslim and Sharia law cant, whatever remains of the GOP isn’t about to let those two dizzy, crazed bitches drive it over the cliff. Mike Huckabee? Even Mr. fascism wrapped in a flag and carrying a cross has turned on the free-falling star demagogue Glenn Beck. Mitt Romney? The smartest of the bunch from the get go, he has announced that he is skipping the gathering of loons and closet Nazis that is the Republican party debate later this week. Ron Paul? His anti-interventionist, pro-civil liberties stance is anathema to the party of the plutocrats and blood drinkers. With a wave of Ayn Rand worshipping Koch Brothers owned governors in Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Florida taking flak and alienating more non-dead-enders by the minute, their Republican state legislatures eschewing their once promised work on jobs and economic rejuvenation to instead focus on revoking women’s rights, busting unions, cutting budgets for all but their crony projects and destroying education as we know it are about as popular as genital herpes and will likely be either recalled or voted out of office in the next election cycle. 

This is the metaphorical perfect storm for the Republican party, a collection of America hating, fascist fifth columnists that should have been eradicated when George W. Bush’s helicopter lifted off the White House lawn but survived only because they could appeal to the emotions of those whose gullibility knows no bounds and whose stupidity is incomprehensible. They are now facing their Götterdämmerung, it must be pretty bleak down in the bunker as the Russian army is closing in and it’s going to be sweet justice to see them hoisted on their own petard of 9/11 and the War on Terror. With the only card left to play, the coming holy war over the raising of the debt ceiling, the GOP is on the brink of suicide, failing to raise the bar is only going to drive away the moneychangers who will side with the now heroic Obama. The exodus of plutocrats other than the Bircher Koch Brothers whose family fortune came from their daddy building oil refineries for Stalin will leave the party rather than face the prospect of a limit be placed on the national credit card that funds their addictions. In the end, which is coming soon, the fascist Republicans who through decades of sociopathic and cocksure, ruthless Mayberry Machievellian cynicism combined with a regressive ideological perversion courtesy of a symbiosis with the delusional tent preachers who hit it big off their ability to mobilize Rapture freaks, stone crazy dimwits and recalcitrant neo-confederates has ensured that it would carry within it’s pustulent, sweating belly the self-destruct mechanism that will soon be triggered. 


Any sane Republican (and that is pretty much an oxymoron these days) is like Ripley heading for the escape pod on the Nostromo. There has never in the history of this country been an entity that is so desperately in need of a purge, a massive makeover and a mange dip than the GOP. Once a legitimate entity with much to offer it shed itself of those who were rational but were deemed to be heretics by the neocon utopians, loyal Americans like economist and former Reagan Assistant Treasury Secretary Paul Craig Roberts, now a prolific writer who has spent the better part of the last decade trying to fight the brownshirts that took over his party, rudely casting out the rational in favor of the greed-crazed monsters and the war freaks. A good deal of what ails America today is due to a failed political system, an opposition party that lives in a reality based world and has more at stake than a lust for power backed by a deranged mob of berserkers seeking to use the power of the state to punish their enemies and erect their perfect society has no future. That is going to become very apparent to all but the dumbest of the dumb, the purebred haters sequestered behind the cornbread curtain who were I a religious man would venture to suggest just reaped the wrath of God when the tornadoes came.

Sweet Serendipity: Little more than a week ago Barack Obama was little more than the exemplification of failure at every level, the economy is still horrible, gas prices are spiking, joblessness is rampant, an out of control Federal Reserve continues to shovel more and more counterfeit money into the maw of a crack ho economy. There are also the wars that are multiple, costly and unwinnable, his enemies smelled blood and were closing in for the kill, allegedly a swarm of private investigators were allegedly dispatched to Hawaii to hunt down the real story of Obama’s birth certificate, the tabloid media was drooling over the prospect of a long-running and cruel crucifiction running up to the primaries. Then, in some sort of though the looking glass Horatio Alger story the President sweeps like a whirling dervish from the outhouse to the penthouse and in an act of raw blasphemy in a culture that reveres celebrity and greed as the highest of all human virtues rudely evicts reality television star and real estate swindler Donald Trump from it. 


Obama, now ironically eight years to the day that his predecessor George W. Bush landed on the deck of the USS Lincoln in a Top Gun style flight suit that boasted a codpiece that must have had John Holmes rolling over in his grave, has the nation eating out of his hand. Now a country filled with dangerous freaks whose basic understanding of life can be summed up by their basic ability to comprehend an us versus them, cinematic, fantasy view of the world as it has been fed to them by John Wayne, Dirty Harry, Rambo, Jack Bauer or any other renegade,bad assed, rule-breaking tough guy has at least for the moment united in support of Obama for his successful slaying of the ultimate evildoer. Were he a serious man with serious solutions he would use this rare opportunity to seize the controls of the good ship America and drive it out of the rancid and regressive wormhole that it plummeted into after 9/11 thanks to the political exploitation of the horror of that day. First and foremost, get the fuck out of Afghanistan, the graveyard of empires. Now is the time to declare victory in the phony war on terror and come home. Maybe it’s just bullshit and fantasy that Obama can claim to have won the GWOT but it is just a different spin on the Reagan won the Cold War myth, and Christ knows that Obama has been open in his admiration of The Gipper. It will be hard to not do the rational and right thing for the country and just leave that sucking black hole of money, drugs and death, especially if the early reviews from the sycophants in the media carry any currency with our newest Murkan hero, here is a sampling:

Now, stop questioning Obama’s legitimacy

So much to say about the long-awaited visiting of justice upon Osama bin Laden.

But there’s one effect on U.S. domestic politics that deserves a thought:

Here’s hoping that we have at last seen the end of this ugly insinuation that there is something less than fully American about the black president with the exotic name.

On Wednesday came the release of the long-form birth certificate that provided the final decisive refutation of the birther lie that the President Obama was born elsewhere than the United States.

On Saturday at the White House Correspondents Dinner, the most visible proponent of that lie, the blowhard TV tycoon Donald Trump, was publicly ridiculed in front of an audience of 3,000 people, without a voice to excuse or defend him.

And then late Sunday, the president told the nation of the execution of his order to shoot and kill bin Laden.

The success of the bin Laden operation is a great moment for the United States — and not only for the United States.

But it is also a deservedly bad moment for some of the destructive forces in American public life, for those who have substituted for ordinary politics a sustained campaign to brand Obama as an outsider, as un-American, as non-American.

When Obama yesterday called former President George W. Bush to inform him of the end of the decade of the exhausting hunt, both knew that without Bush’s wars in Asia, Obama would not have been elected president, and that after being elected, he continued on his predecessor’s path in fighting terror and interrogating prisoners at Guantanamo Bay. He used the same secretary of defense, Robert Gates, and the same commander, Gen. David Petraeus.

But since everything is personal and everything is a matter of timing, Commander in Chief Obama will get all the glory and will hope that Petraeus doesn’t give in to Republican wooing to retire from the military and run against Obama. To judge by the outburst of public enthusiasm, bin Laden’s end has put to rest doubts about Obama’s devotion to his homeland and to concerns that he is soft and sympathizes with Islam. More than his birth certificate, his speech in which he waved bin Laden’s scalp has crowned Obama head of the American tribe.

It is hard to now imagine something as borderline retarded as demanding Obama’s college transcripts to show that he unfairly benefited from Affirmative Action being taken with any seriousness outside of FOX or any other gaggle of cyber idiots; and so much for the now neutered storyline about Obama’s father being kicked out of Harvard. In a land where George W. Bush can brag that he was a “C” student at Yale and whose grandfather Prescott Bush‘s Union Banking Corporation was actually shut down by FDR for laundering money for the Nazis under the Trading With the Enemies Act such hypocrisy only serves to further illustrate the infantile willful ignorance of the public at large as well as the enduring success of a bought and paid for corporate media that ensures that huge demographic segments remain electronically lobotomized.

In the land of America in the New American Century there is no shortage of idiots, the system needs them to remain that way in order to exist. Barack Hussein Obama stared into the jaws of the monster and through a combination of luck, cunning, hubris of the opposition or something else has survived. 

Barring the Mayan predictions of the 2012 end of the planet Mr. Obama is assured of another four years in charge of the armed madhouse.

That the Obama administration’s piss-warm financial reform plan is now going to be round two in the war against America courtesy of the Republican fascists and their vicious army of thugs, buffoons and useful idiots was entirely forseeable. I have to give it to the scumbaggers, their vast and unstoppable stupidity is a force of nature and will only escalate the vitriol and continue to poison the political atmosphere in Der Heimat even as it begins to splinter and spin off those who finally are able to see the light about their colleagues in Newt’s Sturmabteilung. Friday’s suprise announcement that the Great Satan, Goldman Sachs is being sued by the SEC should have had the Beckers, Palinazis and other white populist warriors reveling in a blow against the oligarchy but instead it is just going to be the next great rallying cry as the wagons are circled to protect the interests of Lloyd Blankfein and the rest of the thieves on Wall Street, Republikkkan Senate leader Mitch McConnell met with a pack of hedge fund hyenas last week and is now out railing against Obama’s reform efforts with a vigor renewed and the wind in his sails soon to be powered by billions of FIRE segment dollars greenlighted but the Roberts SCOTUS decision that corporte cash is king.

Pretty soon it is no doubt that Sarah Palin, the avatar of assholiness and darling of the wretched and electronically lobotomized dregs of fucked over white America will concoct some new line of rabble rousing horseshit like the death panels that were used to send the brownshirts screaming into town halls last fall. There is already a massive rally planned of beer swilling, pistol packing peckerwood slobs and slobettes gathering outside the District of Criminals to display their anger at that horrible black man who is destroying this god-kissed imperial lemming colony and to display their political impotence by waving their fully loaded blue steel penis extensions. Were the dumb and destitute truly serious about sending a message to the real terrorists they would be holding their gathering on Wall Street but that might not jibe with con artist extroardinaire Glenn Beck who bilked the jabbering jackasses in the tea party for $32 million last year – now there is a man who is watching out for the interests of the common folk! In an interview with the gospel for the moneychangers that is Forbes Magazine, Beck stated that “I could give a flying crap about the political process” which of course would be shouted down as a liberal media lie by the droogs who worship him and make him filthy rich. And there is of course no point in sharing the wonderful story that the father of the Koch brothers who fund the Republikkkan tea partiers made his family fortune off of Stalin. Then it really didn’t bother the swine that their hero George W. Bush’s grandpa was laundering money for Hitler either.

That there is such a state of denial in the now fully co-opted by neocon Republican tea party that reality has been chucked through the looking glass and down the rabbit hole where the Red Queen Palin is serving psilocybin mushroom tea to the minions in vats straight out of the Rev. Jim Jones compound in Guyana. Palin represents a zealotry and dangerous anti-intellectualism that is on a par with only the Khmer Rouge who brutally enforced the doctrine of Year Zero when they sacked Cambodia. With such a disconnect and a complete inability to comprehed the most basic tenets of what constitutes reality such a violent and recalcitrant subsection is now metastazing into the sort of disease that eats away at the pillars of a society (even one as lost and decadent and morally repugnant as ours) like termites and a damned good solution at least in my opinion would be gas the more rotten and violent elements and I don’t mean tear gas.

Then I do like to think outside of the box and I am ahead of the curve on this one, it will soon be more obvious when a few of them go Timothy McVeigh and blow up a building full of innocent women and children and Palin and Beck will find a way to make a buck off of it all. But these idiots need to be put down like the rabid dogs that they are.

“Hang The Robes” and Other Ruminations

An ominous trend is beginning to creep into the so-called progressive blogosphere, it is the now common censorship of more radical expression that at one time was acceptable in many areas yet has become taboo in the era of Obama. The recent swarm attack against Dennis Kucinich by phony liberal organizations like MoveOn.org for his holdout on the insurance industry windfall that is your new national healthcare ‘reform’ bill was evidence of the purge of heretics from the Rahm Emanuel corporate co-opted ‘left’. I am certain that everyone reading anything that I do has been subjected to some form of censorship, banning, troll-rating or comment hiding at what are cynically foisted off as free speech oriented liberal/progressive or for that matter inclusive independent blogs for being critical of our God chosen very special friends in Israel, that goes with the territory. It is pretty commonly understood that the genocidal Zionists have for years recruited operatives to blogswarm, bully and tar as anti-Semitic those who dare to shine the light on human rights abuses, war crimes and atrocities that should have the Israeli leaders in the dock at the Hague, that is just something that has to be dealt with when blogging. As my old southern buddy Mikey used to say “if you’re going to play in NASCAR you should expect to get more than a few dings” but the siege has often resulted in the even more chilling self-censorship in the fear that ANY conversation regarding Israel and the Palestinians is verboten. Take for example a place called Docudharma where I have occasionally posted, to venture into calling out Zionist aggression in any way, shape or form will nearly instantaneously have one ostracized. I single DD out because I have witnessed it there, it was a spinoff from Markos Moulitsas-Zuniga’s (who is as left wing as Stalin) Daily Kos which is notorious for the policing of cynics, skeptics, doubters and above all else – critics of Israel.

But I digress…

The creeping menace of liberal/progressive blog censorship has hit me again this week, I only bring this up because it was over at OpEd News, a forum that I have been a regular at for years, have contributed articles to and have commented on many. It was always an open forum albeit since it gets a good deal of exposure there needed to be a bit of discretion used in using certain terms which is an understandable tradeoff for the exposure that an article could get due to the crossover appeal of OEN – my series on Main Core, PROMIS and the Shadow Government as well as some things that I did on 9/11 received attention elsewhere due to OEN.

This week though, I ran afoul of the censors for a comment that I had posted on a Rob Kall article entitled: Will Supreme Court Kill the Obama Health Care Reform Plan? which addressed the possibility that the fascist John Roberts and his Federalist Society and Opus Dei cronies would in activist fashion overturn Obamacare in much the way that they inistalled George W. Bush in the White House by oveturning a Gore victory in 2000. I posted a sardonic reply suggesting a bumper sticker slogan of “Hang The Robes” which turned into an extended flame war with a traveler who in his third reply or so admitted to being a Birther. The thing was ultimately flagged and deleted by one of OEN’s Daily Kos styled ‘editiors’ in charge of selecting what to flush down the memory hole. I certainly wasn’t advocating the murder of federal judges, just their impeachment but a scumbagger got his star-spangled panties in a bunch and enough of them cried when confronted with someone who didn’t roll over for their brownshirt bullying. I would have posted the entire thread but it’s been disappeared so I have to settle with the my final response:

After all of your embarrassing and disgusting rabble rousing you still went down in defeat to a bill that is horrible across the board and a giveaway to the parasitical insurance industry. Thanks to you schmucks we are ALL screwed but the big money boys are laughing all the way to the bank on your easily exploited gullibility AGAIN!

That is what you get for allowing yourselves to be used as human penis extensions for hard core Republican swine like Newt Gingrich and Dick Armey.

My advice to you is to forget about the Birther fantasies and get a life along with the rest of your moonbat buddies.

Now the whole thing was pretty mild, certainly not the high octane Encho rants that have been launched elswhere but the fascist bullies and the jelly-spined OEN editors succeeded in getting the comment and all subsequent comments removed. Again, this is but one example of what is going on right now and it’s alarming because it is occurring in forums where free speech had at one time been sanctified….and this isn’t the only time of late that I have been stomped on by administrators who decided that towing the line, not offending those who lack the intestinal fortitude to realize that we are at war, a cold civil war that could turn hot at any moment given the Republican Gladio droogs of the teabagger movement – which is becoming violent in a similar way that the Sturmabteilung did all those years ago. Truth Has Fallen and Taken Liberty With It

There was a time when the pen was mightier than the sword. That was a time when people believed in truth and regarded truth as an independent power and not as an auxiliary for government, class, race, ideological, personal, or financial interest.

Today Americans are ruled by propaganda. Americans have little regard for truth, little access to it, and little ability to recognize it.

Truth is an unwelcome entity. It is disturbing. It is off limits. Those who speak it run the risk of being branded “anti-American,” “anti-semite” or “conspiracy theorist.”

Truth is an inconvenience for government and for the interest groups whose campaign contributions control government.

Truth is an inconvenience for prosecutors who want convictions, not the discovery of innocence or guilt.

Truth is inconvenient for ideologues.

Today many whose goal once was the discovery of truth are now paid handsomely to hide it. “Free market economists” are paid to sell offshoring to the American people. High-productivity, high value-added American jobs are denigrated as dirty, old industrial jobs. Relicts from long ago, we are best shed of them. Their place has been taken by “the New Economy,” a mythical economy that allegedly consists of high-tech white collar jobs in which Americans innovate and finance activities that occur offshore. All Americans need in order to participate in this “new economy” are finance degrees from Ivy League universities, and then they will work on Wall Street at million dollar jobs.

Economists who were once respectable took money to contribute to this myth of “the New Economy.”

And not only economists sell their souls for filthy lucre. Recently we have had reports of medical doctors who, for money, have published in peer-reviewed journals concocted “studies” that hype this or that new medicine produced by pharmaceutical companies that paid for the “studies.”

The Council of Europe is investigating the drug companies’ role in hyping a false swine flu pandemic in order to gain billions of dollars in sales of the vaccine.

The media helped the US military hype its recent Marja offensive in Afghanistan, describing Marja as a city of 80,000 under Taliban control. It turns out that Marja is not urban but a collection of village farms.

And there is the global warming scandal, in which NGOs. the UN, and the nuclear industry colluded in concocting a doomsday scenario in order to create profit in pollution.

Wherever one looks, truth has fallen to money.

Wherever money is insufficient to bury the truth, ignorance, propaganda, and short memories finish the job.

I remember when, following CIA director William Colby’s testimony before the Church Committee in the mid-1970s, presidents Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan issued executive orders preventing the CIA and U.S. black-op groups from assassinating foreign leaders. In 2010 the US Congress was told by Dennis Blair, head of national intelligence, that the US now assassinates its own citizens in addition to foreign leaders.

When Blair told the House Intelligence Committee that US citizens no longer needed to be arrested, charged, tried, and convicted of a capital crime, just murdered on suspicion alone of being a “threat,” he wasn’t impeached. No investigation pursued. Nothing happened. There was no Church Committee. In the mid-1970s the CIA got into trouble for plots to kill Castro. Today it is American citizens who are on the hit list. Whatever objections there might be don’t carry any weight. No one in government is in any trouble over the assassination of U.S. citizens by the U.S. government.

As an economist, I am astonished that the American economics profession has no awareness whatsoever that the U.S. economy has been destroyed by the offshoring of U.S. GDP to overseas countries. U.S. corporations, in pursuit of absolute advantage or lowest labor costs and maximum CEO “performance bonuses,” have moved the production of goods and services marketed to Americans to China, India, and elsewhere abroad. When I read economists describe offshoring as free trade based on comparative advantage, I realize that there is no intelligence or integrity in the American economics profession.

Intelligence and integrity have been purchased by money. The transnational or global U.S. corporations pay multi-million dollar compensation packages to top managers, who achieve these “performance awards” by replacing U.S. labor with foreign labor. While Washington worries about “the Muslim threat,” Wall Street, U.S. corporations and “free market” shills destroy the U.S. economy and the prospects of tens of millions of Americans.

Americans, or most of them, have proved to be putty in the hands of the police state.

Americans have bought into the government’s claim that security requires the suspension of civil liberties and accountable government. Astonishingly, Americans, or most of them, believe that civil liberties, such as habeas corpus and due process, protect “terrorists,” and not themselves. Many also believe that the Constitution is a tired old document that prevents government from exercising the kind of police state powers necessary to keep Americans safe and free.

Most Americans are unlikely to hear from anyone who would tell them any different.

I was associate editor and columnist for the Wall Street Journal. I was Business Week’s first outside columnist, a position I held for 15 years. I was columnist for a decade for Scripps Howard News Service, carried in 300 newspapers. I was a columnist for the Washington Times and for newspapers in France and Italy and for a magazine in Germany. I was a contributor to the New York Times and a regular feature in the Los Angeles Times. Today I cannot publish in, or appear on, the American “mainstream media.”

For the last six years I have been banned from the “mainstream media.” My last column in the New York Times appeared in January, 2004, coauthored with Democratic U.S. Senator Charles Schumer representing New York. We addressed the offshoring of U.S. jobs. Our op-ed article produced a conference at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. and live coverage by C-Span. A debate was launched. No such thing could happen today.

For years I was a mainstay at the Washington Times, producing credibility for the Moony newspaper as a Business Week columnist, former Wall Street Journal editor, and former Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury. But when I began criticizing Bush’s wars of aggression, the order came down to Mary Lou Forbes to cancel my column.

The American corporate media does not serve the truth. It serves the government and the interest groups that empower the government.

America’s fate was sealed when the public and the anti-war movement bought the government’s 9/11 conspiracy theory. The government’s account of 9/11 is contradicted by much evidence. Nevertheless, this defining event of our time, which has launched the US on interminable wars of aggression and a domestic police state, is a taboo topic for investigation in the media. It is pointless to complain of war and a police state when one accepts the premise upon which they are based.

These trillion dollar wars have created financing problems for Washington’s deficits and threaten the U.S. dollar’s role as world reserve currency. The wars and the pressure that the budget deficits put on the dollar’s value have put Social Security and Medicare on the chopping block. Former Goldman Sachs chairman and U.S. Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson is after these protections for the elderly. Fed chairman Bernanke is also after them. The Republicans are after them as well. These protections are called “entitlements” as if they are some sort of welfare that people have not paid for in payroll taxes all their working lives.

With over 21 per cent unemployment as measured by the methodology of 1980, with American jobs, GDP, and technology having been given to China and India, with war being Washington’s greatest commitment, with the dollar over-burdened with debt, with civil liberty sacrificed to the “war on terror,” the liberty and prosperity of the American people have been thrown into the trash bin of history.

The militarism of the U.S. and Israeli states, and Wall Street and corporate greed, will now run their course. As the pen is censored and its might extinguished, I am signing off.

It was a telling moment about the loyalties of our elected so-called representatives, there was unity towards a common cause and it wasn’t in rebuilding the American economy, putting the jobless back to work, fixing the abortion of a health care bill in which a forced mandate to buy protection from the same insurance parasites has been rammed up all of our asses by the state’s jackboot, repairing crumbling infrastructure, upgrading education or halting foreclosures. It was a unifier of the treacherous charlatans that only falls short of the adulation for baseball sterioids dog and pony shows and the accompanying witch hunts where muscular (albeit chemically enhanced) man children take to the stand to tearfully admit their sins and subject themselves to the tirades and hectoring of America’s must useless institution short of the judiciary.

Bibi has won for the time being, the key for the continuation of Zionist genocidal policies is in being able to keep the cash flowing from the U.S. taxpayer to finance the bombs to blow the dirty Arabs back to Allah so that God’s chosen people can be free to murder Palestinian women and children, steal their land and harvest their organs. Pat Buchanan had it dead on when he referred to Congress as “Israeli occupied territory” so dig deep, the taxman will continue to extract your money to support a war crazed paranoid colony of sand niggers hellbent on nuking Iran and kicking off a war that will ultimately make the body count from WW II seem like chump change. The most interesting aspect of this current “family feud” as deeply embedded Israeli mole Joe Lieberman called it is that a former neocon darling, General David Petraeus has gone rogue, it didn’t get much play here in our Tiger Woods obsessed media (to no surprise) but the bunker buster revelation that our real life General James Mattoon Scott actually came out AGAINST America’s one-sided worship of Israeli war criminals is stunning. In a January CENTCOM briefing Petraeus dared to blaspheme the nature of the special relationship:

In his prepared testimony, Petraeus, who until now has been hailed by many pro-Likud neoconservatives as the greatest U.S. military commander of his generation and possible presidential material 2012, argued that “Arab anger over the Palestinian question limits the strength and depth of U.S. partnerships with governments and peoples in the AOR [CENTCOM’s Area of Responsibility] and weakens the legitimacy of moderate regimes in the Arab world.”

“Meanwhile, al-Qaeda and other militant groups exploit that anger to mobilize support. The conflict also gives Iran influence in the Arab world through its clients, Lebanese Hezbollah and Hamas,” he added.

Elaborating on that theme, he said that “A credible U.S. effort on Arab-Israeli issues that provides regional governments and populations a way to achieve a comprehensive settlement of the disputes would undercut Iran’s policy of militant ‘resistance,’ which the Iranian regime and insurgent groups have been free to exploit.”

“[P]rogress toward resolving the political disputes in the Levant, particularly the Arab-Israeli conflict, is a major concern for CENTCOM,” he asserted, adding that the persistence of the Arab-Israeli conflict had an “enormous effect” on the strategic context in which we operate….”

Daniel Levy, an Israeli former peace negotiator based at the New America Foundation, said, “To the extent to which the latest events have given rise to a debate over whether there is linkage between a broader American security interest and a credible peace process, Petraeus weighed in today in the most unequivocal terms by articulating at some length not only the existence of that interest and linkage, but also just how front and center it is to the military.”

“What Petraeus made clear – and that should be a wake-up call for Israel – is that the unresolved Palestinian-Israeli conflict and the entrenched occupation are placing an increasingly unbearable burden on the U.S.-Israel relationship, and the best way to address it would obviously be to resolve that conflict,” he added.

The Petraeus flipping scrambled the squadrons of winged monkeys here in Der Heimat, notably the aforementioned Abe Foxman whose ADL launched a smear campaign against the wayward General and his vile anti-Semitic comments. I remember not so long ago when Petraeus was worshipped by the neocons, especially the three-headed monster of Lieberman, McCain and Graham so his speaking of the inconvenient truth had to be stomped on and hard before any other warmongers wandered off the ranch. This would seem like an indication that Obama may just have the military behind him (or at least a good part of it) and there could be one very serious rumble brewing between the two factions being the neocon shadow government and the actual elected government. I have long suspected hard core Zionist elements aligned with the U.S. Cheneyites in the cutthroat style of American Gladio campaign that is being waged against Obama utilizing the idiotic Beckers, the tea party turds and the previously mentioned weasels in the Israeli occupied U.S. Congress. What has been occuring is a pretty transparent campaign of destabilization and de-legitimization against what now appears (Biden’s shameful bootlicking aside) to be an administration that may finally be one that stands against Israeli genocide and human rights abuses. Whether the Netanyahu government backs down is yet to be decided but early indications are that the hostility in the alleged holy land will continue to be ratched up with illegal settlements until there is an eruption of state sponsored beatings, rapes and slaughter, napalming and running over people with bulldozers so the fanatical settlers can light their illicit cribs with light emanating from behind lampshades made of Palestinian skin and to drink the blood of dead babies for Passover wearing yarmulkes made out of hollowed out human skulls.

The ugliness of the Republican dirty war has gone to the next level following the humiliation of the passage of the malodorous health care bill on Sunday and accounts of Naziesque acts of right wing violence are already being reported like this pogrom inciting redneck yahoo from the asshole of America known as Alabama: Democratic Offices Vandalized Across the Country. This seems to be eerily reminiscent of a certain historical event that may ring a bell: Kristallnacht. I find it pretty ironic (and hypocritical as hell) that many Zionist right-wing Jews are down with this sort of despicable thuggery but it suits their agendas and that agenda of course is to take down the Pope of Hope with extreme prejudice and get on with the Palin administration and the PNAC global domination tour II. Don’t think for one second that Sarah Palin’s wearing of the Israeli flag pin during the grand scumbagger soiree in Nashville (or wherever in that fucking hick hellhole Tennesse) as well as recent comments goading Obama into attacking Iran aren’t carefully orchestrated by the Cheney shadow government and their influential propagandists like Herr Kristol. By rousting the domestic rabble with their vicious smear campaigns and S.A. Brownshirt Beckers out in full force it will also draw in the Rapturheads who need a Middle Eastern conflagration for Jesus to come back and for them to fly up to God dirty nasty nekkid to lovingly view the rest of us suffer. If the fascist swine RepubliKKKans are to retake Congress in November (as they likely will) look for impeachment proceedings to be launched against Obama.

That is if the whole shebang doesn’t blow sooner than that which is possible. In a disturbing bit of news there are shitloads of big fucking bombs being shipped to Diego Garcia right now for a likely strike against Iran that will bomb them back to the stone age and trigger the war that finally brings Jesus Fucking Christ back to avenge himself ala Timothy LaHaye’s Jesus V.2 and the Raptureheads can just stop dancing around like gerbils high on McChrystal meth at their idiotic Becker bund rallies and blissfully float dirty nasty nekkid up to sat at the food of God’s throne while the rest of us infidels are left to tear each other to shreds with our rotting from nuclear fallout teeth, pound each other into submission with our boil covered arms and be eaten alive by gigantic insects like something out of Starship Troopers (hey, it’s more realistic than that psilocybin and moldy goat cheese conjured fever dream that is the Book of Revelations) for their amusement. So as the Rapture clock continues to tick towards the witching hour and the Republicans and their droogs go into full battle mode in the hope that one of their idiotic militia types decides to undertake a mission from God against Obama the Antichrist maybe some of the more rational and pragmatic types versed in Realpolitik in the Pentagon should do as the immortal General Buck Turgidson in Dr. Strangelove suggested “If…we were to immediately launch an all-out and coordinated attack on all their airfields and missile bases we’d stand a damn good chance of catchin ’em with their pants down”. ….and launch a premptive strike on all Israeli nuclear facilities, airbases and military strongholds in order to prevent World War III and force a regime change in Tel Aviv where the maniacal zealots can be removed from power so that the path to peace will be unimpeded. Hey, it’s outside of the box thinking like this that made America great.

And of course Lieberman and McCain like the true maggots in the mix that they are will continue their ongoing destabilization of America while they are given cover by the FOX propagandists and the ongoing harvest of the low-hanging fruit that fills the kettles of the tea partiers. Next up for the dynamic duo is the Enemy Belligerent Act which is just one more nail in the coffin of liberty and is directed at folks like us, you know, the white folks out on the internet like Jihad Jane.

It would be nice to see DARPA and the Military Industrial Complex start spending more money on something a bit more forward thinking other than tanks, flechette bombs and the rest of that boondoggle bullshit – how about a real functional time machine? That would be wonderful, they could test it on Lieberman first, just strap his scrawny ass in and set the dials for Auschwitz.

Much to the delight of befuddled, fear-stricken Americans and the heinously sadistic neocons whose grotesque perversion ensured that along with that nifty little nickname The Homeland that the good ole USA would become a torture state it has been announced that there will be no enforcement of the law by the incoming Obama administration. The foul mouthed, weasel eyed little prick Rahm Emanuel slammed down his jackboot resoundingly on the Sunday morning bloviation circuit and decreed that there will be no prosecution of the war criminals from the Bush administration for their engaging in torture. Hell, the gangster Emanuel – a danger to America that must be reigned in – even flippantly compared this week’s release of the torture manuals as something was basically irrelevant and that the information could be found – and I shit you not…in the New York Review of Books. Here is a piece of the transcript from his ever smarmy former Clinton administration crony George Stephanopoulos’s show that shit eyes Emanuel appeared on Sunday morning:

EMANUEL: It’s kind of a — let me say this. One of the reasons the president was willing to let this information out was that already the information was out. So if they’re saying that you basically have exposed something, it’s been written. Go get the New York Review of Books. It’s there.

So the notion that somehow, we’re exposing something — it’s already been out. In fact, President Bush let — allowed — let it — allowed a lot of this information out. So the notion that somehow this all of a sudden is a game changer doesn’t take cognizance of the fact that it’s already in the system and in the public domain. Therefore, it’s not new. So the notion that that is something we’ve built in — it’s already been there.

Number two, it’s one of the key tools Al Qaida has used for recruitment. There has been a net cost to America. By changing the way America is seen in the world, which means banning this technique and practice, we have actually stopped them and prevented them from using it as a rallying cry.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Final quick question. The president has ruled out prosecutions for CIA officials who believed they were following the law. Does he believe that the officials who devised the policies should be immune from prosecution?

EMANUEL: What he believes is, look, as you saw in that statement he wrote, and I would just take a step back. He came up with this and he worked on this for about four weeks, wrote that statement Wednesday night, after he made his decision, and dictated what he wanted to see. And Thursday morning, I saw him in the office, he was still editing it.

He believes that people in good faith were operating with the guidance they were provided. They shouldn’t be prosecuted.

STEPHANOPOULOS: What about those who devised policy?

EMANUEL: Yes, but those who devised policy, he believes that they were — should not be prosecuted either, and that’s not the place that we go — as he said in that letter, and I would really recommend people look at the full statement — not the letter, the statement — in that second paragraph, “this is not a time for retribution.” It’s time for reflection. It’s not a time to use our energy and our time in looking back and any sense of anger and retribution.

While I have been early on the record with my criticism of the incoming Obama administration (Hell, it would be the utmost in hypocrisy in not holding him to the same standards I held Bush to although the sycophantic O-bots would disagree) for what at first appeared to be a backdoor Clinton restoration. The very early escalation of the war in Afghanistan was bad enough, the ongoing capitulation to Republican Nazis out of some insane fantasy of bipartisan ship was worse, then it took an even more outrageous turn when it became apparent that the Wall Street pigs would find their troughs full of taxpayer loot under Summers and Geithner and now has become something much more dark and sinister with the refusal to restore the law and punish the torturers. I can certainly understand that slimy little cocksucker Emanuel’s reluctance to adhere to international law, his dual citizenship certainly doesn’t compel him to act in any manner that would potentially draw attention to participation of Israeli intelligence in criminal acts conducted under the blanket of the bogus war on terror. A former IDF man and son of a militant Zionist terrorist couldn’t possibly be expected to set a precedent that may legitimize international outrage over Israeli war crimes including killing babies and any sort of Obama led attempt to restore a sense of morality could come back to bite a pack of war criminals in the ass.

Now I am obliged to also note that one of those who are guilty of war crimes – at least according to the Spanish court that had considered indictments of the Bush Six is one certain filthy little neocon rat named Douglas J. Feith, a member of the Richard Perle-Bibi Netanyahu report on carving out a nice chunk of Israeli Lebensraum (never mind the brutality and body count) that was entitled A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm as well as one of the little dark elves that toiled in Cheney and Rummy’s notorious propaganda chop shop the Office Of Special Plans that lied us into the Middle East wars of aggression. Feith’s daddy, Dalk was a member of the extremist Betar youth movement that was a precursor to the Likud. It is really quite impossible to take any sort of serious look at the American human rights abuses and war atrocities of the new American century without taking into account the longtime corrosive moral degradation that comes from being the handmaiden to the rogue Zionist realm of dark and bloody oppression.

This entire thing reeks of the same different set of standards regarding human rights atrocities that has so metastasized in recent years. And the big stinky kosher pig in the middle of the living room is Israel and the ongoing capitulation of yet another administration that at least in theory is supposed to be serving the American people but let’s face it, when annoiting Rahm Emanuel is the first act of Obama the fix is once again in. There will be a slow ratcheting up of pressure on B.O. to ‘see the light’ on the necessity of attacking Iran…it is coming. For example the Zionist propagandists are already calling Obama’s policies a threat to God’s chosen land see Haaretz story – MI Chief: Obama Mideast policy threatens Israel. Then there was yesterday’s ridiculous and obviously planned sideshow of envoys walking out of the U.N. anti-racism conference when the ‘New Hitler’ Mahmoud Ahmadinejad dared to call that racist genocidal shithole Israel a racist state that practices genocide. As Orwell once said, “in a time of universal deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary act” and god knows we sure as shit can’t handle the truth in lemming land. A further note on the dog and pony stunt at the U.N. racism conference (the exalted champion of human rights and TORTURE that is the USA was crudely bullied into not attending by the usual vermin) is that the sainted Elie Wiesel was among the leaders and who came out and called for the jailing of Ahmadinejad. In all sympathy for Wiesel, a survivor of the Nazi horrors in the death camps the constant invocation of The Holocaust as blanket justification to out Nazi the fucking Nazis in murder, torture, terror and violence is bullshit and he knows it. Having been fleeced by Bernie Madoff it is sad to see the Nobel Peace Prize laureate having to stoop to such cheapjack publicity stunts, were it not so dangerous to world peace it would be pitful.

I certainly didn’t intend for this to be an anti-Israel rant but since I am on the topic I also would like to opine that America’s transformation into a police/torture state could never have occurred without that fascist goon colony as a blueprint. The intimidation and perception management apparatus that Israel has implemented here is something that is both wondrous to behold and monstrous at the same time. The abysmal moral failure of Barack and the Obamanauts with their refusal to hold accountable those responsible for these acts of evil is astonishing, as we are all sitting here right now we are witnessing something far worse than Ford pardoning Nixon. This is more than just turning a blind eye for the sake of unity, or as the propagandists push their Pollyanna version of public relations derived drivel of a grand and cleansing national rejuvenation of “looking forward’, this is the Barack Obama administation’s assumption of complicity in these horrors. Imagine the Nuremburg Trials only with the most insidious of Nazi mass murdering scum lectured, given suspended sentences and sent about their merry torturing way…but this is worse. As skidrow poet Charles Bukowski once wrote; “if you’re losing your soul and you know it, then you’ve still got a soul left to lose”, what does it say of the majority of Americans, especially the O-bots if they can’t muster any outrage over this? It makes them the moral equivalent of their counterparts who worshipped George W. Bush under the Fuhrerprincip that was the unitary executive theory that turned the presidency into a dictatorship after 9/11.

A Brief Interlude: In Jack’s Country

I mean, what the fuck is up with the goddamned torture by insects? That is something so macabre that it is out of a Dr. Phibes flick and would be hard to believe if not for the history of MKULTRA and other diabolical torture and mind control programs underwritten by the American taxpayer. Sick motherfuckers these neocon bastards are, I mean if there is any justice (and that is a fantasy) then the likes of David Addington, John Yoo, Douggie Feith and that Federalist Society Nazi and now Federal Judge Jay Bybee then they would be made to endure a fitting punishment: death by scaphism. I can understand if this is too much for the squeamish but it is the least that these pricks deserve:

Scaphism, also known as the boats, was an ancient Persian method of execution designed to inflict torturous death. The name comes from the Greek word skaphe, meaning “scooped (or hollowed) out”.

The naked person was firmly fastened within a back-to-back pair of narrow rowing boats (or a hollowed-out tree trunk), with the head, hands, and feet protruding. While the filthy torturers have been allowed the ideological cover of cracking the skulls, busting the spleens and waterboarding only suspected ‘terrorists’ it will be very soon that people who are outspoken, patriotic Americans will become increasingly tempting targets for a state run amok. I have always maintained that the torture was being beta tested for the day that it will be turned on political dissidents and there is nothing on earth that will convince me otherwise.

When looking at today’s social and political trends it is fairly easy to extrapolate forward several years and when taking into consideration our new style fascist bent as well as the desire of theocrats to roll back the clock to the good old days of the Inquisition and along with an abundant supply of desperate, destitute, dumbed down, reality television addicted zombies and it could only be a matter of time until some cable televisioni network smash hit reality show will be American Torquemada where any influential government critic could become the featured guest. It would be a huge ratings pull for sweeps week.

America needs to scream now and scream loudly in unified righteous outrage in order to stop this decline into despotic barbarism. Silence only increases the chances that you will be screaming much louder if it is ever you who finds yourself strapped to the torture table.

This despite the Pope of Hope’s pilgrimage to Copenhagen, one of those damned Eurpoeen (sic) Socialist countries to pander for the awarding of the 2016 games to the Windy City where the inconvenience would totally fuck thousands of people trying to get to work for weeks like in Atlanta in 94….not that it matters, by then at the rate we are going thanks to the three headed monster of Geithner-Summers-Bernanke nobody will have fucking jobs anyway as the monthly unemployment figures (cooked as they are) only go up and Americans are on the road to serfdom and poverty.

Rio is as natural a choice as Bejing was, these are the emerging economic powers of the new century as American Capitalism and trickle down economics will in the next decade or so be as mocked and scorned as those who believed in the Earth being flat. Paul Krugman writes about these assholes in today’s damned librul New York Times column:

“Cheers erupted” at the headquarters of the conservative Weekly Standard, according to a blog post by a member of the magazine’s staff, with the headline “Obama loses! Obama loses!” Rush Limbaugh declared himself “gleeful.” “World Rejects Obama,” gloated the Drudge Report. And so on.

Things like death camps, kill granny fear campaigns, imminent communism, alien DNA in H1N1 vaccinations, the AntiChrist crap yada yada yada…it’s all bullshit and these freaks buy into it hook, line and sinker while Beck’s bank account grows exponentially.

I would love it if he had the balls to just give the order to round up and relocate these vicious swine to some sort of reeducation camps, if they could be saved great, do the necessary lobotomies and send them back into society to pick beans and clean toilets, the jobs that after all ‘Americans just won’t do’ according to the talking points. And if not just march them into an industrial sized Soylent Green style meatgrinder and puree their asses up into a fine pulp (omitting the children from their dead ender loser parents of course whose removal from their lives would free them from a lifetime of willful ignorance and bible study) mix it with soy sauce and water chestnuts and sell it to the Chinese as egg roll stuffing or something. Anyway fuck the Olympics. I hate the goddamned Olympics, I always found them boring as watching paint dry or old people fuck but could actually tolerate them until the USA rolled out the Dream Team of NBA pros with huge contracts (endorsements that is) to kick the living fuck out of the poor bastards who would have to face down the likes of Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson in their prime. Crap, that is what the Olympics are to me, at least the winter games have hockey which is a redemptive quality.Who the fuck needs the Olympics anyway? So while not as particularly gleeful as the right wing scum and the Dittohead dopes I actually find it encouraging that the Pope of Hope was smacked down in Copenhagen, his magic spell that he is some sort of transformational figure doesn’t play quite as well outside of TV Nation. And let the ongoing job losses be a shot across Obama’s bow, his CHANGE is just more of the same bullshit lies that politicians are infamous for in American history. The politically savvy among us suspected that we had been had when Raht Emanueal, the most corrupt motherfucker in the Democratic party was his first announcement as the Chief of Staff aka Gatekeeper of Graft.

Cultivating the Lone Nut

The meat of the matter is finally getting into the mainstream courtesy of the pimp of globalism that is the damned librul New York Times’ Thomas Friedman. In an astonishing column this week Friedman came right out and addressed the climate of viciousness and hate that certain elements of the far right are fomenting at their teabagger balls and compared it to the savage sort of societal hate that was present in God’s chosen land before Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was murdered for daring to threaten the Zionist genocide machine with such a simpering, wimpy thing as peace. That is exactly what the jackbooted pigfuckers who march in the army of Glenn Beck and jack themselves off dry over pictures of pinhead populist Sarah Palin stand for – they want Obama to be terminated with extreme prejudice. The overflowing toilets of the teabagger insurrections are teeming with virulent racism, lunacy, desperation and moral depravity. There is sooner or later some freak that will take matters into his own hands and decide to take out Obama, count on it and it is equally likely that deep in the bowels of the national security state or more likely some private intelligence corporation that plans are already being hatched, shooters are being trained, scenarios gamed and the lone nut of choice surveilled and set up to be the patsy.

Friedman’s column entitled Where Did ‘We’ Go was instantly pounced on by the legions of fascist Republican maggots like house nigger Michael Steele who dismissed the writer as a “nut job”, a token stooge like Steele or Clarence Thomas are always willing to fetch the water for the massas and it is a testament towards the GOP’s long, ugly slouch towards Nazism that slugs like he can frolick in the slime trail. I hate to write about this, but I have actually been to this play before and it is really disturbing.

I was in Israel interviewing Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin just before he was assassinated in 1995. We had a beer in his office. He needed one. I remember the ugly mood in Israel then — a mood in which extreme right-wing settlers and politicians were doing all they could to delegitimize Rabin, who was committed to trading land for peace as part of the Oslo accords. They questioned his authority. They accused him of treason. They created pictures depicting him as a Nazi SS officer, and they shouted death threats at rallies. His political opponents winked at it all.

And in so doing they created a poisonous political environment that was interpreted by one right-wing Jewish nationalist as a license to kill Rabin — he must have heard, “God will be on your side” — and so he did.

Others have already remarked on this analogy, but I want to add my voice because the parallels to Israel then and America today turn my stomach: I have no problem with any of the substantive criticism of President Obama from the right or left. But something very dangerous is happening. Criticism from the far right has begun tipping over into delegitimation and creating the same kind of climate here that existed in Israel on the eve of the Rabin assassination.

What kind of madness is it that someone would create a poll on Facebook asking respondents, “Should Obama be killed?” The choices were: “No, Maybe, Yes, and Yes if he cuts my health care.” The Secret Service is now investigating. I hope they put the jerk in jail and throw away the key because this is exactly what was being done to Rabin.

I am certain that there are already Obama death pools with much money being thrown into the kitty at the right wing bund meetings that are commonplace now, this thing has just been allowed to get too far out of hand and the corporatist media has abetted it to the point that if and when Obama is assassinated then they should be charged as co-conspirators. The levels of animosity in America due to the massive thefts of the protected Wall Street looters, the ongoing fear that has seeped into every crevice since the false flag ‘terrorist’ attacks of 9/11, the ruination of lives by a corrupt political system that trancends partisanship and is hellbent on sucking the blood from the unborn children of a hopeless future and the need for a scapegoat has allowed the most sociopathic thugs to affix the horns upon the head of the Pope of Hope. When the health care ‘reform’ allows mandated extractions of more money from the poor to feed the insurance industry tapeworm with the full power of the state as the enforcer comes the roiling cauldron will boil over.

YOU LIE! Screamed Gerbil Joe Wilson (R) South Carolina, the pride of peckerwood nation during Wednesday’s much hyped Presidential address on the rim of the toilet that is the U.S. Congress. It was another of the audacious S.A. style goon tactics that have disrupted honest debate at health care town halls during the sweltering summer of hate. Wilson, no doubt a Birther, a Becker, a Deather and a class A cocksucker has with his moronic outburst become the poster boy for a fascist political cult long ago gone mad. Even fellow RepubliKKKans are today spinning to denounce the disrecpectful outburst by one of their own in a venue where at least a bit of respect is a necessary courtesy. More hypocrisy because not one of the foul Nazis has done one fucking thing to reject the lynch mobs that their payroll demagogues have done so much to incite, it’s the bread and butter to play on the fears and hatreds of losers, morons and freaks to sow the seeds of division and to reap political benefit. There is going to be blood soon, and it’s gonna be on the hands of Gingrich, Rove and the rest of the pigs who call the shots for a white supremacist, neoNazi fifth column that is dug in as deep as an Alabama tick, armed to the teeth and jacked up on Jesus to do some killin’ when the word goes out that librul’ huntin’ season has commenced.

Of course the hick Wilson was only the most obvious idiot, the rest of the scum just sat there with pissy looks on their faces, the more radical ones booed and hissed during the Pope of Hope’s speech and frantically waved around copies of something that was not easily identified (Mein Kampf perhaps?) like the petulant little turds that they always have been. After last night’s spectacle perhaps others will realize as I long ago did that there is no dealing with this sort of vermin, they need to be put down like rabid dogs, there is a cancer that has metastasized through American society and it needs to be cut out and cut out very quickly. The economic diaspora only grows, the redistribution of wealth to the looters is nearly complete and the most susceptible are braying for blood and looking for scapegoats – the horns, my friends will be on US and WE will soon be the ones being slaughtered if there is not an intervention.

I mused the other day about how American eugenics programs of the early 20th Century, now in retrospect may not have been a bad idea no matter how onerous such a thing may have been and the type of human excrement like Hitler who were inspired by it and took it to another level entirely. Perhaps if the ancestors of today’s idiots were sterilized long ago we wouldn’t not be overrun by hateful lemmings and knuckle-dragging swine incited to violence by FOX News attack dogs. Just think of how much more evolved that this society would be sans the drooling moron demographic that while technically a minority is an easily manipulated army of ready for action berserkers who will be sent into battle against their fellow citizens to protect the interests of a corrupt oligarchy. But of course it’s now too late, the Neanderthals have won, idiocy and the pox of willful ignorance are now virtues and Der Heimat is choking on hate and fear.

So what is the solution? These vicious pigs can’t be reformed, reasoned with or relied upon to be anything other than voracious termites eating away at the pillars of society. While I abhor the institutionalized use of state power to deprive people of their civil liberties we now are on the edge of oblivion and a cold civil war is about to go hot, all that is missing is the spark. You can bet the mortgage money (if you are employed and not in foreclosure) that today the vermin on hate radio and FOX News will be canonizing Joe Wilson and fomenting the rage, sooner or later they will hit the jackpot and reach one of the angry freaks who is serious enough to pull a Timothy McVeigh or even better for the racist thugs – to take a shot at Obama (you can be certain that the shadow government is already in the plotting stages and only needs a dupe like Oswald) just like they took down Kennedy. The signs are already evident, those nasty Obama Joker posters promoted by some elements on the right are right up there with the JFK Wanted For Treason posters that were spackled across Dallas by Birchers before the assassination.

“Hey, Rube” is an old-timey phrase, coined in the merciless culture of the traveling carnival gangs that roamed from town to town in the early 20th century.

Every stop on the circuit was just another chance to fleece another crowd of free-spending Rubes – Suckers, Hicks, Yokels, Johns, Fish, Marks, Bums, Losers, Day Traders in Portland, fools who buy diamonds from gypsies, and anyone over the age of nine in this country who still believes in his heart that all cops are honest and would never lie in a courtroom.

These people are everywhere. They are Legion, soon to be a majority, and 10,000 more are being born every day. It was P.T. Barnum, the Circus man, who explained the real secret of his vast commercial success by repeating his now-famous motto, “There’s a sucker born every minute,” in this country, ahd his job was to keep them amused, with a zeal that has never been equaled in the history of American show business.

Barnum knew what people wanted: Freaks, Clowns, and Wild Animals. The Barnum & Bailey Circus came to town only once a year, and those days were marked as sacred holidays on the John Deere calendars of every Rube in America…. Those dates were special; many schools closed when the Circus came to town, and not every student returned when the public frenzy was over. “Running away with the Circus” was the dream of every schoolboy and the nightmare of every mother with a bored and beautifyl daughter.
